Established in 2010 under the aegis of ALDIAN charitable and educational foundation (Reg.No 114/1/2010) kottayam.

The team behind the initiative are veterans in the field of education and management. Sri. V.V. Joseph the torch bearer of the foundation is the Chairman of the School. An educator par excellence he has been instrumental in bringing about widespread reforms in the field of education especially the Orthodox teaching methodologies with its limited provision for inclusiveness. Cofounder and Gen. Secretary ALDI, Sri V.V. Joseph has trained over 2000 state resource teachers and is the national resource person of NCERT. His book ’NINTE KUNJINE NEE ARIYUMO’ released recently deals with learning methodologies with special emphasis on differential learners their issues and management. In an illustrous career spanning 23 years of working as Master Trainer and special educator. Sri. Joseph has also seen success with his Pre-School curriculum which got international acclaim with several presentations abroad as well as special mention in the World Health Organisation Report,2006 titled. ‘Parents as change agent for children’
Dr.Arun N.R.Kishore (Formerly Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Medical College, Thrissur.), Presently Consultant Psychiatrist, Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, UK is the Vice Chairman of the School. He is also the president of ALDI.
Sri Joseph Sebastian the school administrator is a versatile businessman, builder and a great visionary. He has successfully implemented several projects and designed grand schemes,worked with and brought about several administrative reforms in the Merchants Association of which he is a district committe member. Noted for his social commitments and contribution to the education area,especially in organising and coordinating activities of ALDI he was honoured with the national award “CNN-IBN-Titan-India Today Be More EXPLORER 2010”.He is the vice-president ALDI and Treasurer Aldian charitable and educational foundation.
Mrs. Seena Joseph is the finance secretary of the foundation. She is also the office manager of ALDI. Mrs. Mareena Sebastian joint secretary ALDI is the director of the school.
